Aug. 6/09 CSA garden Pak

Another week and another full Pak of "nutrient dense" vegetables.


New items this week are:
green and yellow beans,
yellow zucchini,
snap peas,
parsley,
curly kale,
and swiss chard.


Hope you enjoy all the variety.

  1. Yum yum! We ate our chard and kale the way my grandma cooked them growing up... lightly steamed until they wilted down, and then tossed with some course salt and white vinegar.
