Zucchini Stir-Fry
'Tis the season for stir-fry. With all the garden vegetables ready now, stir-fry season is upon us. Well, truth be told, we enjoy stir-fry anytime with the seasonal variations.
Our family enjoys zucchini in a lot of different ways. The stir-fry is just one of those delicious meals.
Maggi, This time I used onions, celery, carrots, broccoli (mostly stems), zucchini, early snap peas & ground meat (it was quickest), but I vary the veggies as they are available. In winter I often would just use onions, carrots, cabbage & a squash of most any variety. Give it a try.
We grow nutrient dense, clean food – no chemicals, no pesticides, non- GMO – ALL Natural foods that promote life. We are not certified organic, instead we grow everything beyond organic standards.
We want it for our family -- we offer it to yours!
I was just wondering what all you have chopped up for your stir-fry. It looks very good and I'm headed to the farmers market tonight. Thanks, Maggi
